Expected Usage Requirements

  1. Notify each time a record is updated
  2. Notification destination is different for each record
  3. Set the notification destination in the record

1. Set "Editor"

Enable any column and set the following.
  1. Set the name displayed as desired
  2. Set "Users" as the option
  3. Check multiple selection (*)

*Assuming multiple people are notified

2. Set "Notification"

Set the notification settings as follows.
  1. In the address field, set the notification destination column name set in the editor
  2. Set other notification requirements as desired

When you select the notification recipient and create or update a record, the selected user will be notified.

Expected Usage Requirements

  1. Set up a simple workflow such as Draft → Application → Approval
  2. When the submitter drafts an application, notify members with approval authority (= approval group)

Set Group

  1. Prepare an approval group.
    Settings screen of the approval group, where the group ID can be checked
    *Note the group ID, as it will be needed later.

Set "Process"

  1. Create a process for application and approval.
    Two processes, one for application and one for approval, registered on the table

  2. Set notifications for the application process.

    Advanced settings of the notification, where the group ID of the approver is specified
    In the advanced settings of the notification, specify the group ID of the approver prepared in advance.
