The dept is not reflected when synchronizing user information with SAML authentication

Answer¶

Pleasanter uses the value of "DeptCode" to determine the attribute name set as the dept code. Therefore, without "DeptCode", nothing is reflected in the dept.

Overview¶

In the Authentication.json settings for SAML authentication, "DeptCode" and "Dept" play the following roles.

DeptCode¶

Specifies the attribute name set as the "Dept Code". The Dept that has the dept code obtained here is assigned to this user. If no matching Dept exists, a new dept is created.

Dept¶

Specifies the attribute name set as the "Dept Name". It updates the dept name of the Dept found from "DeptCode". If no matching dept exists, a dept is created with this "Dept Name".
