Search: Full Text Settings: Number Of Emails

Overview¶

Sets the number of emails sent from the record to be included in the "Full Text Data". If the setting value is 10, the contents of the latest 10 emails will be included in the "Full Text Data".

Limitations¶

1. The configurable range is between 0 and 100. To change the configurable range, you must change "FullTextMaxNumberOfMails" in "Search.json".
2. After changing this setting, the "Full Text Data" of existing records will remain old until you perform a "Rebuild Search Index".

Prerequisites¶

1. You need "Site Administration Permission" to configure this.

Default Value¶

The default value is 10. It can be changed in "FullTextNumberOfMails" in "Search.json".

2. Pleasanter .NET Framework version 0.50.251 or later
