Search: Search Settings: Disable Cross Search

Overview¶

Sets the target "Table" so that it cannot be searched with "Cross Search". Check this box if you are using "Record Access Control" with "OnSelectingWhere" in "Extended SQL" or "view.Filters" in "Server Script". Even if you hide a record on the list screen with these functions, it will still appear in the search results with "Cross Search". To prevent this, set this box to "On" so that it cannot be searched with "Cross Search". If you want to disable cross-search for the entire system, you can change it with "DisableCrossSearch" in "Search.json".
