Confirmation When Changing Parameters

Set Parameter

The parameter files for the basic settings of Pleasanter are configured in JSON format.

Parameter Files Storage Location

Parameter files are stored in the following directory in the standard configuration.

C:\web\pleasanter\Implem.Pleasanter\App_Data\Parameters

/web/pleasanter/Implem.Pleasanter/App_Data/Parameters

C:\home\site\wwwroot\App_Data\Parameters

For Docker

For Docker, refer to Use a Docker Image and Start It by Changing the Parameters from the Default Values.

Cautions

  1. Restarting Pleasanter is required to reflect the parameter changes. Please be aware that the service will stop during the restart.
  2. Please create a backup of the original before modifying the parameter file.

Reflect Setting Changes

Restart IIS.

Restart the Pleasanter service.

sudo systemctl restart pleasanter

Restart the Azure App Service.

Troubleshooting

If the settings are not reflected correctly, please check the "Check JSON Format".

  1. Depending on the user, the path may be D:\home\site. In that case, read it accordingly. ↩
