Limitations

  1. SearchDocuments: iFilter used when true is an optional feature of SQL Server. It cannot be used in a PostgreSQL environment.

Setting Values

The setting values ​​of this parameter file are as follows.

Parameter name e.g. Description
SearchDocuments true If you set this parameter to true and install an IFilter that matches the file type, you can search inside attachments.
CreateIndexes true If set to true, a search index will be created when a record is updated. Do not set this parameter to anything other than true.
PageSize 20 Specify the maximum of records to retrieve search results at one time.
DisableCrossSearch false If you want to disable cross-search, specify true. If you want to disable it for each table, refer to "Disable Cross Search".
DisableCrossSearchSites false Specify true if you do not want to include "Site" in the results of "Cross Search".
FullTextIncludeBreadcrumb false Specify true if you want to set "Include Breadcrumbs" in "Full Text Data" as the default value.
FullTextIncludeSiteId false Specify true if you want to set "Include Site ID" in "Full Text Data" as the default value.
FullTextIncludeSiteTitle false Specify true if you want to set "Include Site Title" in "Full Text Data" as the default value.
FullTextNumberOfMails 10 Specify the default value for "Number Of Emails" to include in "Full Text Data".
FullTextMaxNumberOfMails 100 Specify the maximum value for "Number Of Emails" to include in "Full Text Data".
