Dashboard Function: View Save Type
Overview¶
Set how to save the dashboard display state, such as the layout of dashboard parts.
Prerequisites¶
- "Site Administration Permission" is required to configure this setting.
Operation Procedure¶
- Open the target "Dashboard".
- From the "Manage" menu, click "Dashboard Management".
- Click on the "View" tab.
- Select a setting value from the "View Save Type" dropdown.
View Save Type¶
| View Save Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Session | Retained under the following conditions: (1) Until you log out of Pleasanter, (2) Within the retention period specified in the value of Session.json's RetentionPeriod, (3) Until you close all browsers. |
| User | Saved to the database and applied the next time. |
| Do Not Save | The view state is not saved and is always displayed in its initial state. |
Contents Saved in the View¶
The following contents are saved in the view:
- Display position, width, and height of dashboard parts
- Display state of the calendar (reference date, month view/week view, etc.)
