Table Function: Importing Records in Migration Mode

Overview

In migration mode, you can import the values of "Created by", "Created at", "(Last) Updated by", and "(Last) Updated at".

Prerequisites

  1. Enable "Allow migration mode" on the "Import" tab of the "Manage table" screen.

Description

When you import a CSV file in migration mode with the columns "Created by", "Created at", "Updated by", and "Updated at" set, those values will be reflected in the added record. However, if the setting is "Update records with matching keys", the values will only be reflected in the added record, not the updated record.

Setting value in case of invalid value

The following shows the columns that will be set in the added record if the target field does not exist in the CSV or an invalid value is set.

Columns Invalid value Setting value
Created by ID or name of non-existent user Blank
Created date and time String that cannot be converted to date and time, or date and time outside the range of "MinTime" and "MaxTime" in "General.json" Current date and time
Updated by ID or name of non-existent user Blank
Updated date and time String that cannot be converted to date and time, or date and time outside the range of "MinTime" and "MaxTime" in "General.json" Current date and time

Setting value for update record

In the case of update record, migration mode is not applied, and the same value as normal import is set.
